Höganäs & Kullahalvön

– a pottery district with a long history

Höganäs och Kullabygden is a creative district with a strong association to pottery. You can enjoy picturesque little coastal villages, long sandy beaches and Kullaberg - one of the most popular nature reserves in the country. Mölle is just by the foot of Kullaberg, known for it’s scandalous mixed bathing in the early 1900s. If you want to explore the hill you can start by visiting Kullaberg Naturum by the light house, with information and exhibitions. In the peak season you can go on guided tours in the hillside caves. The hill has something for everyone; leafy beech woods, steep rocks and lovely diving waters.

Many potters and artists have settled in the district, offering a great variety of creativity. Several of them have open studios and workshops, where you can buy arts and crafts straight from production!

If you follow the Kullabygden coastline you can enjoy several picturesque villages, like Arild and Skäret.
